Don’t know where you get your beef from. I get mine from a butcher I’ve known for almost 15 years. Midwest grass fed.
The Japanese have the best beef hands down. Wagyu beef’s quality is so high that it does not fit on the U.S. chart. There scale is 1-12. We have Prime, choice, and select. Our Prime is a 5-6 on their scale. You ever had a REAL Kobe steak? You’s pray to a new god, if you have.
@PUNKem733 if you see how 99% of our beef is raised, you might reconsider. our beef is tainted, and it’s really unfortunate. i’m not saying there’s not awesome barbecue in the US, but you just gotta come down to experience the difference in flavor down here…it’s incredible.

i’m sorry, but argentina has the market cornered as far as barbecue goes. the average argentinian eats 5 times more meat than most US citizens, 70% of the beef is grass-fed, and no one even knows what a gas grill is down here, not to mention they used all the fun nasty bits that tony would love so much. i’m a US citizen, just fyi…
